can be helpful to perform your sessions at the same time
everyday. Some people prefer to do them
in the morning because they feel like it sets the tone for the
day. However, others like to do them at night, since it will be
the last thing on their mind when they go to sleep.
The
choice is up to you. You might try both to see which
one you like better.
- Use affirmations during sessions. Affirmations can work hand in hand with your self hypnosis
sessions.
Just make sure that you choose
affirmations that will reinforce the goals you previously decided
on for the session. You can choose to use one
affirmation or a few different ones that work

- Finish your sessions slowly. Its
never a good idea to jolt out of your self hypnosis sessions. Instead, you should come out of them slowly. Give yourself plenty of time to gradually become more and more alert. You might even consider staying in the position for several
minutes after your session if you have the time.
