Techniques to Reduce Negativity
Negative thoughts can have a big impact on your
life.
If you constantly think negative thoughts, you can become
depressed and miserable. These negative thoughts can also
start to manifest themselves into reality if they go on for too
long. This is why its very important to reduce your
negativity. One way you can do this is by
using mind power techniques. After using these techniques,
youll get rid of negative thoughts and replace them with positive
ones. Here are the techniques you can use.

Identify your
negative thoughts- Before you can get rid of the negative
thoughts, you have to realize what they are first.
Start
paying close attention to the things you say aloud and
silently. You may even want to write them
down so do dont forget what they are. Keep
doing this until you think you have all of your negative thoughts
pinpointed.
- Create positive thoughts- Now that you have
your negative thoughts identified, you can start to create more
positive thoughts that will replace them. Go
through your list of negative things you say, and find something
positive you can say instead.
Instead of saying Im so fat,
you could say something like, Im not the size I want to be, but
Ill get there. This has a much more positive
tone.

Replace your
thoughts- Every time you start to have a negative thought, you
should replace it with one of the positive ones you came up
with. This can take some practice at first, but after a while it
will become a habit for you. Soon after that, all of your
negative thoughts will disappear.

Visualize your positive thoughts- Sometimes
an image is more powerful than words. It
can help you to create positive images in your mind that relate to
your thoughts.
Any time you feel your
negativity creeping in, you can bring this image up in your
mind.
The image will remind you to stay positive.

Keep practicing- Its probably not going to be
easy for you at first to get rid of all of your negative thoughts,
but you have to keep practicing.
It
will become easier as time goes on.
Pretty soon, it will be completely natural for you to
only have positive thoughts.
However,
you shouldnt slack off at this point.
Negativity can push its way back in if youre not
careful.
Once you start to use these mind
power
techniques to reduce your negativity, youll see positive changes in the way you feel and
the way you act. Youll
be nicer to yourself and others around you.
Your
mind is powerful tool. If you focus on good thoughts,
good things will come to you.
